Who is responsible for your information?
Netstar Limited (Company No. 06018540) is the controller of personal information collected for our business. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
What we collect and why
If you request a review or contact us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, website address, approximate advertising spend, estimated client value and any message. Please do not send passwords, patient details or other sensitive personal information through this form.
We use these details to answer your enquiry, prepare and deliver your requested review, discuss relevant services and keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and providing requested reviews. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we may also process information for those steps. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up for a marketing newsletter.
Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure their services. Our legitimate interests include operating a reliable website and preventing misuse.
Who receives the information?
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website and provides network security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Web3Forms: processes the enquiry form and delivers submissions to our email service. Its infrastructure providers also process submissions. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy.
- Microsoft 365: provides our business email service, through which we receive and respond to enquiries. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
- Google Fonts: supplies the typeface used on this page. Your browser connects to Google to load it, disclosing technical request information such as your IP address. See Google Fonts’ privacy information.
We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell your enquiry details.
International processing
Our providers may process information outside the UK. Web3Forms states that it operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple regions. Its published policy describes safeguards for international transfers in its Data Processing Agreement. Other providers explain their processing locations and safeguards in their privacy information linked above. You can contact us for further information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence while responding to your request and while a relevant business discussion is active. Afterwards, retention depends on whether the information is still needed for the enquiry, a client relationship, legal record-keeping or a dispute. We review enquiry records at least annually and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed. If you become a client, relevant records may need to be kept for accounting and contractual purposes.
Providers may retain separate copies or technical logs under their own arrangements. Web3Forms’ published policy states that form submission data may be retained for up to three years, unless a shorter period applies to the plan or it is deleted earlier. This is separate from the correspondence held in our mailbox.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
This page’s own code does not set cookies, use local storage or session storage, or include analytics tags or advertising pixels. The calculator works within the page and its entries are not sent to us. Contact-form details are sent when you submit the form.
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver or protect the service, including when a security check is required. Their availability and duration depend on the security features in use. These are for service delivery or security rather than advertising. Google Fonts is an external font request; it is not an analytics tool.
We will review this notice and any required visitor choices before introducing additional tracking. You can control stored website data through your browser settings, although blocking necessary technologies may affect some website functions.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies in certain circumstances. These rights depend on the circumstances and are not absolute. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us at the address above.
You do not have to submit the form. The name, email and page address are needed to provide the requested review; advertising spend, client value and your message are optional. We do not use these enquiry details for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We would also welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly.
